Last night, after months of stopping concerts, Samuel inaugurated the restart of live events in Italy with a secret show, organized in collaboration with MARTINI in the splendid courtyard of the NH Collection Torino Piazza Carlina.
Despite an incessant rain, which gave an extra touch of magic to the live show, Samuel performed together with the Bandakadabra orchestra proposing 'A big sun' and 'The statue of my liberty', songs taken from “The code of beauty (Live with orchestra)”, a special version of the artist's first album recorded with the ensemble, available digitally since last Friday 12 June, which contains unreleased arrangements curated by Giulio Piola. The pouring rain was not included in the schedule but it only underlined even more the live music sector's desire to restart.
«A few weeks ago it seemed impossible to meet today and even think about going on stage to play. – says Samuel, who will return to perform live this summer – It is important to give a signal of restart because music is not simply entertainment, but it is also that place where we go to cultivate our deepest emotions and which in some way helps us live our lives better. Going back to playing live is also a gradual restart for the entire music chain."

“The code of beauty,” Samuel's first solo album released on February 24, 2017, is composed of 14 tracks written by the singer and co-founder of Subsonica between Turin, Rome and Palermo, also with the collaboration of Jovanotti.
