Camera con Vista is a French-inspired lounge in the center of Bologna, furnished in an art-deco style with many Ottoman pieces. People come to the interior rooms and the alfresco area to savor Davide de Rose and Daniele Consoli's concept of mixing. The recipes are simple but never dull, taking the old classics as a starting point and going beyond them. An example? La Grande Bellezza, with champagne, blackcurrant liqueur and cognac. Dishes cooked with French technique and an international inspiration add the finishing touch to the bar's offer. Davide's favorite cocktail? A Margarita.
