Barcollo means “stagger” – something one would do after drinking a bit too much. That’s the risk you run in this bar opened in 2012 and that since 2015 has welcomed bar manager Andrea Franzò. The cocktail served inside and in the alfresco area highlight Sicilian excellencies. Local amaro, spirits, and liqueurs are some of the bases for mixing creations that see both traditional fruits – like citrus – and tropical fruits that nowadays are grown even here, like passion fruit. After dinner, you can also enjoy rum, gin, and whiskey.
