Behind the counter of Bob, bar manager Cesar Araujo and his team mix cocktails focused on bourbon whiskey, at the core of 50% of the recipes. The selection of ryes completes a bottle rack counting over 100 labels of this particular spirit. Old Fashioned and Whisky Sour remain the main specialties on the menu, although some come to Bob to sample the signature drinks paired with bao buns and dumplings. Cesar's favorite cocktail is, of course, the Old Fashioned, but he also loves a Martini or a Milano-Torino.
