In Milan's university area, Francesco Trimigno took up a challenge that he seems to be winning: quality drinks in a bar that's frozen in time, set in the 20s. He aims to create culture as well as serving cocktails - that's why in the lounges is on display a funny "Mixology decalogue." The drink menu follows the seasons, highlights the territory, and focuses on whisky - here also the star of its ad-hoc menu. Francesco's favorite cocktail? Tommy's Margarita, cut with mezcal.
