That’s unlikely to happen, but here at Gørilla, with its Art-Jungle ambiance, it is a constant! This Cocktail Bar, run by Umberto Ponti and Alberto Gallo, proposes both a classic and a creative cocktail mixing, with a broad and original selection of twists on classics. An example? There are about ten variations on Negroni and Americano, and let’s not forget the Bloody Mary menu. It’s a divisive cocktail, but here gets everyone to agree, thanks to the Pachino tomato extract and its unique taste. Alberto’s favorite drink? A lovely Whisky Sour on the rocks.
