In this bar in Milan’s Navigli district, everything – from the food and drink offering to the furnishing and music – changes periodically. The inspiration? A different foreign country each time, to which the team travels to learn the place’s curiosities and peculiarities. Head bartender Cosimo Tarducci transposes all the inspirations into the drink list. There, ingredients and spirits from the “host country” combine with homemade preparations and Italian ingredients to give life to signatures and twists on classics. A refined choice of alcohol-free drinks rounds off the menu.
