Everything here calls back to Mexico: from the authentic furnishing to the dishes and cocktails created by co-owner Cristian Bugiada and bar manager Claudio Sblano. They follow a different line than other research cocktail bars: focusing on simple ingredients and pairings to help people understand agave spirits. With its over 600 labels in the bottle rack, agave is the only base used in contemporary and classic cocktails like the Mala Educacion - mezcal and rhubarb sour. Cristian's favorite? Paloma.
