When Vincenzo Mazzilli and Nicola Milella first opened the bar, they aimed to create a beacon for niche cocktail mixing in the Bari area. Now, ten years later, at the helm behind the counter is bar manager Massimiliano Barbetta, whose drinks focus on local products – like Apulian olive woodchips and Gargano citrus essential oils – to revisit timeless classics.
