In the remote Morivione district stands a bar that's one of a kind. There are three business partners: Irene Bottura, Yuri Gelmini and Francesco Fiorentino. The first two are the minds and hands behind the cocktail bar, and the third is responsible for the "surf" section - be it surf lessons, advice, or travel. In the garden, you will find yourself surrounded by vegetation, which is also vital in preparing cocktails using simple, fresh ingredients. An example? Ape Vigorosa, with aged grappa, musk yarrow liqueur, herbal apéritif, spices, and honey. Yuri's favorite? Americano.
