In 2018, behind Piazza Navona in Rome, Graziano Paventi di San Bonaventura, Francesco, and Vincenzo Simone Saitta opened an international venue. Exclusive furnishings sourced at private auctions—leather Chesterfields, antique Oriental daggers, vintage books, and more—contribute to a one-of-a-kind style, which unfolds throughout a spacious space, divided into two floors and an outdoor terrace. The mixology offering is entrusted to bar manager Dario Comis, who, with the support of supervisors Alessandro Elisei and Francesco Lazzo, serves personal twists on classics, with meticulous attention to the selection of alcoholic beverages—primarily gin, tequila, and whiskey—and ice, strictly in chunks. A focus on low-alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages is also important, featuring highballs, Italian aperitivo-style drinks, and non-alcoholic spirits, respectively. For spirits enthusiasts, there's a small room where they can sample premium versions. From the end of 2023, cocktails can also be paired with international tapas.
