Elisa Errieu

On my badge it says I'm a journalist, but other than that I'm a greedy werewolf: cinema, niche quotes, pop culture, matcha, sake, matcha sake, everything is food. Writing is food. Nourishment for my soul. After collaborating with numerous magazines for the world of food & wine, for example with Dissapore, Italia a tavola and Reporter Gourmet, I never stop looking for delicious stories to plate. I couldn't do without it.

Always curious to discover what lies behind people, things and everything the world has to offer, I collaborate with magazines and web publications in the cultural, mixology and food and wine sectors. Since then I write on sheets of paper, Word documents and, when I don't have space, even on the walls of my house!

Francesca Moon Walnut

Born with the dream of mixing perfumes, then one day she sets foot in a cocktail bar. Born in 1995, Francesca Luna graduated in Viticulture and Enology, and it was among the barrels and barriques of a Chianti Classico cellar that she began to create her first blends, experimenting with cuts between different grape varieties to pursue typicality, the right taste and aroma. Passionate about popularization, she began to tell the world of wine and science in school. Over time, however, she felt the need to go and look for new stories in the first person, and began to travel far and wide. Today she writes about wine, food, spirits and travel for important Italian and international magazines.

He edited the book “Gingegneria Applicata 2.0. Il giro d'Italia in 100 gin” and collaborates as a content writer for the Italian Cocktail Week.
