This historic Milanese cocktail bar, located near Porta Romana, celebrated its twenty-fifth anniversary in 2023. In its futuristic-inspired interior—like the name of the bar—the menu is consistently served by bar manager Agostino Galli, who, over his many years serving customers of all ages and social classes, has never stopped researching. This is demonstrated by the six new drinks introduced each month on the menu, including two signature drinks, a bar classic, a lesser-known international cocktail, a tiki-inspired drink, usually drawn from a book on the subject, and finally a seasonal drink made with fruit/vegetables and a seasonal spirit, such as melon-mezcal or watermelon-tequila in the summer. The highlight of the menu is and remains the Bloody Mary, prepared here with a homemade tomato puree in countless variations.
