[:it]The challenge between the Milanese Cocktail Bars has been successfully archived, Mix Contest is preparing the countdown for the penultimate of the 5 events that will lead to the final challenge in December 2017. Tuesday 14 November Turin meets the mixology of the Eternal City, with 10 Bartenders from Rome ready to battle it out with Cocktails. Here are the names of the venues in the challenge, with their respective bartenders:

Barnum, with Matheus Dela Runa

Ercoli 1928, with Lukasz Kloc

Marco Martini – The Corner, with Matteo Nicolì

La Terrasse Cuisine & Lounge Hotel Sofitel Rome Villa Borghese, with Mirko Cognazzo

Niji Cafè, with Franco Recarte and Alessandro Michea

Argot, with Gianluca Melfa

Together they will give life to a cocktail challenge that will once again take place in the glass Dehors of Eataly Lingotto, the elegant structure that welcomes guests next to the main entrance. And Eataly will take care of the gastronomic selection with a finger food menu that will accompany the cocktails. Here is the proposal: Stuffed focaccia from the Eataly bakery; Fine oyster de Claire; Panzerotti stuffed with tomato and mozzarella; Raw veal sausage and Parmigiano Reggiano; Borage-filled ravioli with herb butter.

The entrance, which will take place from 7:00 pm, will be free as always and at the end of the evening the public will decide with their vote a winner. The first classified will join the group of champions who will compete in the final in December, after the next and last appointment, with the bartenders of Florence and Bologna, has concluded.[:]
