Affacciato sul Lago di Garda, il Rama’s Lounge Bar del Grand Hotel Fasano è uno spazio elegante e raccolto dedicato all’arte del bere, firmato da Rama Redzepi, che ne cura la proposta da oltre dieci anni. Nato come Gin Lounge e rinato con un restyling che porta il suo nome, unisce il fascino Belle Époque dell’hotel a dettagli contemporanei. Ogni anno la drink list si rinnova con nuovi cocktail che affiancano gli Unforgettable, drink simbolo delle passate edizioni. Redzepi propone anche miscelazione d’autore in abbinamento ai piatti vegetali dello chef Maurizio Bufi al ristorante Il Fagiano.

Curated by Rama Redzepi, who has led the project for over a decade, it was originally conceived as a Gin Lounge and later reborn through a restyling that now bears his name. The bar blends the hotel’s Belle Époque charm with contemporary touches. Each year, the drink list is renewed with new creations that join the “Unforgettable” cocktails, symbols of past editions. Redzepi also offers signature mixology pairings with chef Maurizio Bufi’s plant-based cuisine at the restaurant Il Fagiano.
