This is the perfect vantage point to admire the city view at Otium, the cocktail bar and restaurant on the rooftop of Green Pea, the sustainability hub opened in late 2020 in the Lingotto district. The décor is modern, featuring large windows that completely obscure the outside world, including the outdoor seating and infinity pool. Bar manager Pierpaolo Cavalli and bartender Giorgio Altobello's drinks satisfy every desire, thanks to the menu's four sections dedicated to aperitivo, anytime cocktails, classics and twists, including less obvious options, and non-alcoholic beverages. The signature drinks are the result of highly elaborate recipes, blending no fewer than four highly sought-after ingredients, such as Japanese whisky. The same can be said for the non-alcoholic beverages, which are often created tableside, tailored to customer requests. The menu also offers tastings of spirits and distillates—agave, rum, whisky, and vermouth—paired with small, refined dishes.
