In the heart of Milan, in the historic Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, lies a landmark of Italian mixology. In the historic spaces on the ground floor, at the counter of Bar di Passo, people come to enjoy an aperitivo, a true ritual celebrated here for years. On the first floor, in the Sala Spiritello, Global Head of Camparino Licensing & Mixology Tommaso Cecca—supported by bar supervisor Stefano Agostino and store manager Stefano Gioffredi, senior bartender Gianni Ot Yilmaz, coordinators Gabriele Calcaterra and Cristina Bedai, and bartenders Saverio Casella, Giuseppe Capuano, Giuseppe Venanzio, Alessandro Marrano, Mario Brizzi, Cristian Brochetti, and Fabio Russo—shows off signature drinks featuring Campari Group products, innovative homemade creations, and a main flavor, or rather, one ingredient per glass around which the cocktail is built. Classics are also honored, as is only natural in a place steeped in history.
