In the heart of Caserta, Giovanni Bologna and Tommaso Russo own a cocktail bar where, since opening, the focus of their signature drinks has been on reducing waste. To achieve this goal, bar manager Luca Perrone and head bartender Mario Quarto prepare homemade cocktails using innovative laboratory equipment. This doesn't mean, however, that they shy away from the classics, which are the cornerstones of international mixology. Among the alcoholic bases used, tequila, which is rapidly growing, along with Scotch whisky and gin, stand out, exclusively to meet the demands of a market where spirits remain among the trendiest. The interior rooms and courtyard provide a comfortable atmosphere.
