The concept is that of signature fakes: cocktails built according to clear, shared rules, with no added sugars, no homemade preparations, a maximum of four ingredients, and express service. Behind the project is Peppe Doria, supported by his right-hand man Roberto De Leonardis and a close-knit team. The menu features Fellini, Martini Sbagliato, Savoir Faire, as well as homemade rosolio, the star of some creations, and a reinterpretation of the aperitivo of yesteryear, combining elegance, technique, and tradition.
