This is the third Santa Cocktail Club, following those in Florence and Villa Cora. Opened in May 2022, just steps from Campo de' Fiori, this venue is located on the top floor (fifth) of Hotel L'Orologio, combining an interior space with a terrace offering a unique view, including the Altare della Patria, the Pantheon, and St. Peter's Basilica. The warm, enveloping lighting helps you fully appreciate the cocktail creations, designed by general bar manager Simone Covan, supported here by bar manager Gabriele Brugnone. The refined, minimalist furnishings pay homage to the hotel's theme, chosen because of the passion of young owner Giulio Fratini, known for his important family collection of watches. The (fixed) theme of the drinks list is a reference to the flavors present in a certain time zone: in this sense, the signature drinks range across all meridians, from the Mediterranean to Asia, even in terms of the way the drinks are served. The menu is rounded out with the Best of Santa selection, featuring the project's most popular cocktails. From aperitifs to after-dinner drinks, this is a must-try in the capital.
