The selection of spirits extends beyond the aforementioned spirit, which is represented here in 150 international varieties and in a private collection of exclusive bottles to be tasted neat. The spaces are elegant, like a lounge, and customers have the opportunity to savor the liquid creations, also crafted by bartenders Piercarmine Ciciriello and Vincenzo Lombardi, which include twists on classics and off-menu creations, even at the bar. Drink inspiration often comes from abroad, primarily Asia and South America, and the glass also features premium ingredients from beyond the Alps, such as champagne and cognac.
