In a small town in the Foggia province, Orta Nova, a great reference point for residents of the Apulian province has been located since 2009. Owner and bar manager Alex D'Aloia is a passionate enthusiast of gin and rum. While the former is mostly featured in the dry versions, in the Martini cocktail, the latter is more prevalent in the Haitian and Jamaican versions, respectively for their beloved fruit and hydrocarbon notes. Alongside the classics, made with top-quality international spirits, there are seasonal signatures, prepared with homemade ingredients that vary throughout the year. The intimate spaces feature vintage furnishings, a throwback to the past, as does the bar's name, which is the same as that of gangster Al Pacino in the film Donnie Brasco.
