It's quite possibly the most charming venue in all of Bisceglie. The reason is easy to explain: on the white staircase outside, where most of the seating is arranged between tables and stools, there's a convivial atmosphere and a unique view of the city's harbor. Inside, the spaces are divided into a small dining room and a larger, nautical-themed room, where the colors white and blue prevail. The other (unclear) reason to visit Gianni, Rosita Dell'Olio, and Francesco Di Gioia's venue is the cocktail menu, which is based on gin and tonic water, with over 200 and 20 varieties, respectively. While gin and tonic reigns supreme on Pasquale Pizzi's drinks list, all other palates are catered for here, with clean, linear signature drinks and classic mixology drinks, served in emerald green Apulian ceramic glasses, as are the dishes, which showcase seafood. The drinks list changes theme periodically, demonstrating that gin and tonic isn't the only cocktail being researched.
