Along with premium spirits, including sherry, sake, and mizuwari, the glass features local products like lavender, chamomile, nettle, and honey, sourced from local farms. The extensive bottle selection features mezcal, tequila, and gin, the latter increasingly in demand due to its trendiness. Another reason to discover this offering is the focus on using every ingredient, to avoid waste. The means? Homemade creation. With the same environmentalist approach, plastic has long been eliminated.
