This elegant cocktail bar and bistro opened in Turin's historic center in June 2024. The name pays homage to the adjacent Church of Saint Pelagia, dedicated to the Syrian martyr of the same name, patron saint of actors, mimes, and musicians. The venue comprises two interior rooms, dominated by the vintage wooden bar, a personal depiction of the Saint, and antique parquet flooring, and an intimate outdoor area overlooking the religious monument. The cocktail menu is designed by bar manager Marco Fabbri, who has created a menu to be enjoyed from aperitif to after-dinner. The underlying theme of the recipes is inspiration from the great classics, both current and forgotten, revisited without distorting their structure. The menus follow the seasons and recount the joys and sorrows of the Saint's troubled life. There's also a section dedicated to non-alcoholic drinks and evergreen signatures: three immediately popular twists on classics (1772, Non sono una santa, and Santo Americano). Ingredients used in the kitchen by chef Ivan Milani often feature in the glass. To pair with the drinks, there's room for Sante Tentazioni and the à la carte dishes from the restaurant menu.
