[:en]The fair ended on 5 February in Riva del Garda Hospitality, dedicated to hospitality activities. RPM, Riva Pianeta Mixology, the great event focused on the world of cocktails, took place inside the fair. The objective is to spread the culture of drinking well through the 3Ms: drinking less, better and mixed. Some of the most talented Italian bartenders engaged in meetings and masterclasses were present, along with the most prestigious names in distillation and distribution.

The educational sessions were started by Giovanni Ceccarelli and Federico Mastellari from the bartender school Drink Factory with their “Miscelare Le Pere”, a focus on the use of common ingredients in mixology. It was then the turn of Flavio Angelillo who presented his new literary effort, "The Little Barman" and the latest news from his line Farmily. Leonardo Leuci, bartender of Jerry Thomas Speakeasy of Rome, instead embarked on a journey through the drinks that have made the history of mixing.

Among the new trends discussed at the Fair was mixing with grappa: bartender Samuele Ambrosi held a masterclass in this regard with Nardini, the oldest Italian distillery, which for years has offered its products to create unusual blends.
