Description
A Room with a View is the name of a famous 1980s film that won three Oscars, based on the novel of the same name, but it's also the name of a special lounge in the center of Bologna. The drinks list is the brainchild of director Davide De Rose and bartenders Francesco Bonetti, Madiam Diaz, and Souleymane Diop. The menu offers new signatures, featuring some very unusual ingredients like red miso or homemade wasabi leaf soda; Camera's classics, mostly reinterpretations of timeless mixology icons; non-alcoholic cocktails, ranging from dry to sweet; and a wide selection of gin and tonics. Tastings include local artisanal liqueurs, whiskies, including Japanese ones, rums, and other spirits. Guests can dine in the historic interior or on the charming streetside terrace.
