Like in a grand hotel

Like an album by the American band Weather Report. The name of this establishment—a cocktail bar and bistro housed in a historic building in Rome's Monti neighborhood, the same neighborhood as the Colosseum—was chosen because of the three partners' passion for '70s and '80s music, which plays here a couple of times a month. The furnishings are inspired by the lobbies of grand hotels from the early 1900s: vintage reigns supreme, with leather sofas, lampshades, upholstery, wood paneling, and low lounge-bar tables. The highlight is the drinks menu orchestrated by bar manager Simone Scapigliati, who draws from the extensive bottle list with a wide variety of alcoholic beverages to create signature drinks, where homemade drinks play a key role. Syrups, infusions, foams, fatwashes, and clarifications enhance cocktails, often inspired by classics and served in modern glasses with high-quality ice. Guests can dine in the extensive seating area spread across the two floors and the intimate outdoor area in the building's courtyard. The international atmosphere is also greatly appreciated by international clientele.
