The 5-star luxury Palazzo Manfredi in Rome is home to an exclusive cocktail bar, a blend of the historic Colosseum, which can be admired from this terrace, and the innovation inherent in the drinks created by bar manager Matteo Zed and assistant bar managers Marco Cremisini and Emanuele Starita. The elegant, minimalist spaces, characterized by warm colors—midnight blue, white, and black—are separated by lounges on one side and the bar on the other. It is here that the creations that have helped make this venue iconic are born. The drinks list includes bitter, fresh, seasonal, contemporary, and non-alcoholic cocktails, crafted with premium international ingredients, a significant portion of which are Italian. Tonic water, bitters, soda water, and homemade beverages round out the offerings.
