The setting is an elegant and spacious restaurant and cocktail bar, open from September to May and well-established for years. The mixology plays on a variety of principles: classic mixology and local favorites are complemented by a selection of signature drinks, featuring unusual ingredients, often gastronomic, such as aquafaba (chickpea cooking water), Madagascar pepper, or edible petals. The menu is rounded out with a selection of '90s-era cocktails, such as the Mary Pickford or the Paradise, and the most distinctive offering: the Phaitù, a formula that creates bespoke cocktails tailored to the tastes of the customer, who can specify their preference for alcohol base and flavor, including dry, bitter, fruity, spicy, and botanical, decidedly sweet, or unusual. It is possible to pair cocktails with Italian cuisine dishes.
