It's the only Dry Martini by Javier de Las Muelas open in Italy. From day one, Lucio D'Orsi has contributed to making this place exclusive, with unparalleled hospitality and innovation. Inside the Majestic Palace Hotel in Sorrento, his offerings can be enjoyed at two bars: the Dry Martini Hall, open year-round, and the panoramic terrace, featuring all-white furnishings, open from May to October. Among the more than 200 cocktails on the menu, also created by bartenders Fabio Cacciapuoti, Danilo Negri, Vincenzo Gallo, Andrea Luongo, and Catello De Feo, the Martini plays a key role, offered here in a wide variety of variations, from classic to contemporary. Alongside the iconic mixology, ample space is dedicated to the Negroni, offered in highly personalised signature drinks, including those featuring truffles, the Mojito, non-alcoholic cocktails, and especially the signature cocktails, a testament to the research conducted here, for their use of homemade mousses and syrups. The latest addition is the option of pairing contemporary pizza with cocktails.
