A private club in Vicenza. This could be the perfect way to summarize Giacomo Diamante's project, now over ten years old. Perhaps, however, that definition doesn't do it justice. Indeed, these three floors are the embodiment of a boundless passion for the world of cocktails, which has given rise to a liqueur laboratory, a space dedicated to bartending courses, and finally a secret club, where you can sample the work, often done by former students. There's no menu, just the idea of trusting the person in front of you, who creates a custom drink from the over 2,000 beverages available, with a particular focus on agave-based spirits. The homemade ice is a testament to how no expense is spared here.
