Folklore Workshop

A cocktail bar and emporium where you can enjoy innovative drinks and purchase artisanal products from Campania. This is the idea behind the establishment, created by bar manager Vincenzo Pagliara and bartenders Francesco Manna and Vincenzo Monda, in Pomigliano d'Arco, in the province of Naples. The drinks menu focuses heavily on local research, carried out through the selection of six farms and six artisans who transform local ingredients into beer, compotes, pickles, ketchup, sauces, juices, and more. This way, the establishment is even more effective in combating raw material waste, a long-standing issue.
