Speakeasy

In the historic center of Pomigliano d'Arco, in the province of Naples, bar manager Carmine Siciliano and Domenico Casoria have created a safe haven for mixology. Behind the bar, the liquid ideas developed by Carmine and bartenders Maurizio Zanni and Paolo Scala are served in elegant spaces that recreate the atmosphere of a speakeasy. No password is required for entry, but just like in Prohibition-era bars, the focus is on classics, revisited here with the help of an extensive bottle list of over 500 bottles. Homemade drinks, fresh fruit, and homemade ice also feature prominently in the glass. The staff pays particular attention to low-alcohol options.
