Love Craft is Florence's first whisky bar, founded with the goal of making this spirit more accessible and well-known to the general public. Seven years after opening, the mission continues with a selection of around 300 labels. Behind the bar are partners Manuel Petretto, Laura Colistra, and Daniele Battini, who curate a menu that combines whisky and signature cocktails. The cocktail list changes twice a year, featuring seasonal offerings and house classics. Among the bestsellers is the Great Old Fashioned, a Love Craft take on the classic whisky cocktail, which has become a bar icon and one of the most photographed drinks in the city.
