In the heart of San Frediano, Florence, Neri Fantechi helms one of the city's trendiest venues for years. The informal, festive atmosphere is the perfect calling card for a diverse clientele of all ages, whether industry professionals or simply cocktail enthusiasts, who have been returning to this establishment for years. The research behind the bar, overseen by bar manager Ginevra Gabbrielli, often begins with international classics, even lesser-known ones, to develop signature cocktails that translate a different theme into the glass each year, divided into four chapters, one for each quarter. While all the spirits used are premium, brown spirits, such as rum and whisky, are the most popular, along with gin and agave distillates.
