In Milan, near the Colonne di San Lorenzo, lies one of the Farmily Group's establishments, the second-to-last opening in chronological order. The previous bar, a historic café, has been renovated, respecting its soul. Bar manager Manuel Sinatora prepares high-quality cocktails, dedicating himself and his staff as much time in the lab as in the service, which here is fluid and fast. The reason? The desire to provide the right amount of attention to the customer. The drinks list changes every six months and always includes low-alcohol and non-alcoholic cocktails. All creations, including the latter, are the result of meticulous research, which takes into account innovative techniques such as milkwashing, international spirits, and unique homemade ones, such as gin infused with cantucci. Various drinks are served on tap, including a classic: the Negroni del Marinaio. Cocktails can be paired with tapas and dishes, or alternatively, with the brunch menu. Since the end of 2022, the spaces have been expanded, with the opening of a room on the lower floor where tastings, masterclasses and private events are organised.
