A cocktail bar that renews itself every six months, drawing inspiration from a different country each time, like Mexico or Norway. This is the distinctive feature of this Farmily group cocktail bar, located on a side street off the Naviglio Grande, not far from the Mag Café. Both the décor and the offerings (both liquid and gastronomic) have undergone a radical transformation. The common thread is a fusion approach to Italy. The drinks list, curated by bar manager and partner Carlo Felice Dall'Asta and bartender Enrico Bellucci, uses ingredients with a distinct Italian flavour, paired with ingredients grown/raised by Italians abroad and with local produce. Some examples? Apple cider, brandy, balsamic herbs, and Norwegian red berries. Another distinctive feature is that the classics, which are always available for order, are made exclusively with Italian products, replacing foreign spirits with Italian counterparts with similar flavour characteristics. As in the case of tequila, replaced by an agave gin.
