On Turin's single-numbered street, between Piazza Castello and Piazza Vittorio, lies one of the city's few cocktail bars with a kitchen. Inside and on the terrace, overlooking both the Cavallerizza Reale and Via Po, you can enjoy the creations of Branka Vukasinovic, bar manager and one of three partners, along with Laura, in the kitchen, and Fabrizia, the dining room manager. The mixology focuses on a few ingredients at a time, maximizing their value. The menu is divided into the bar's classics, which interpret the icons of international mixology; signature drinks, which showcase Branka's creativity (see infusions, syrups, and velvety drinks); special drinks, which emphasize gin; and non-alcoholic drinks, made with alcohol-free bases. The pairing of cocktails and pan-fried pizza, suggested by the dining room staff, is highly recommended.
