Seven is a recurring number in the history of the Cogerino family, as well as in the establishment opened by siblings Alessio and Gaia (the dining room staff) and their chef parents in the heart of Turin's Quadrilatero neighborhood. After a few years spent becoming a local landmark, the big step was taken in October 2023: an expansion that created a fully-fledged laboratory for homemade cocktails. In this way, bar manager Federica Di Lella was able to further elevate the already sophisticated mixology, which ranges from rum and cachaça to tequila and gin. Those sitting at the bar also have the option of ordering a bespoke cocktail. The expansion also allows for increased seating capacity, allowing for more dedicated spaces. In addition to the dining room, the new 300-square-meter interior also includes a VIP room, where guests can order a bottle of spirit to enjoy neat or mixed. The large outdoor area, which overlooks the central Via Sant'Agostino, has been confirmed.
