It's one of Turin's cocktail bars that stands out for its innovative mixology. It's undoubtedly the one that pioneered this market way back in 2009, thanks to Dennis Zoppi, an expert bartender and one of the three partners at the time. Nestled in the shadow of the Santuario della Consolata, in the Quadrilatero neighborhood, fifteen years later, nothing has changed. At the helm is bar manager Alex La Rocca, supported by bartenders Mattia Poletti, Marta Bracca, and Niccolò Bovenzi. The goal, as the name suggests, is always to put a smile on the faces of those who sample the cocktails, the fruit of extensive research and technique. The extensive and varied drinks list, which changes once a year and consists exclusively of signature drinks, always aims to wow customers with colorful and sometimes even spectacular results in the glass, using dry ice or smoked beverages in the bar. Each drink is accompanied by a small, perfectly crafted gastronomic sampler. Research is increasingly focused on reducing waste, creating a circular economy that aims to reuse the key ingredients in homemade recipes, whether in cocktails or side dishes.
