A certainty, between cuisine and cocktails

Between Piazza Sant'Anna and Piazza Rivoluzione, in the historic center of Palermo, for ten years there has been a restaurant-cocktail bar that enlivens the week of the local inhabitants. In the only room with high ceilings and stone vaults, an identifying environment is developed in the choice of furnishings, which moves between modern and vintage style, with artistic flashes given by paintings in which history merges with music, another leading theme here, both in the schedule of events and in a corner of the place, where vinyl records and turntables are on display. Alongside the restaurant's dishes, you can order a cocktail proposal, curated by the bar manager Davide Sottile and the bartender Manuela Chiaramonte. The goal is to use fresh and, when possible, local raw materials, revisiting classics of mixology with contemporary flair. The result is very elaborate signatures, in which great work is done in selecting the ingredients, to give more and more space to Italian liqueur products, such as bitters and liqueurs. The drink list also ranges from classics that are no longer in vogue to tailored drinks, created specifically to pair with the restaurant's dishes.
