Tra Porta Genova e zona Tortona, Ca.Ri.Co è un cocktail bar bistrot nato dall’idea di Dom Carella e Andrea Bassi. Il locale accoglie gli ospiti con un’estetica grezza e contemporanea fatta di neon, materiali industriali e tavoli conviviali. La cocktail list è in continua evoluzione che gioca sul dialogo tra bar e cucina e la stagionalità degli ingredienti. Circa 25 drink tra classici, Negroni, Martini e signature che cambiano regolarmente e riflettono l’anima cosmopolita del progetto, tra sake e distillati internazionali. La cucina lavora sulla materia prima e sulla contaminazione creativa tra piatti da condividere, salumi, fermentati e bocconi dal mondo.

The space welcomes guests with a raw, contemporary aesthetic made of neon lights, industrial materials, and communal tables. The cocktail list is in constant evolution, built on the dialogue between bar and kitchen and the seasonality of ingredients. Around 25 drinks, ranging from classics, Negronis, and Martinis to rotating signatures, reflect the project’s cosmopolitan spirit, with influences spanning sake to international distillates. In the kitchen, the focus is on quality produce and creative crossovers: shareable dishes, cured meats, ferments, and bites from around the world.
