In the center of Bisceglie

On the Adriatic Sea, between Molfetta and Trani, lies Bisceglie, a city that hosts this cocktail bar and restaurant on one of the most important streets of its historic center. Gianni, Rosita Dell'Olio, and Francesco Di Gioia opened this bar and restaurant in 2016, located on a former warehouse for contraband cigarettes. The intimate, warm atmosphere stands out for its vintage feel, from the chairs, tables, and long wooden bar, to the retro flooring, as well as the many paintings on the walls. The food and beverage offerings are available throughout the day, from breakfast in the morning until late at night. The restaurant's strong point is the cocktails by bar manager Domenico Cassanelli, which draw inspiration from classics but differ from them by using local ingredients such as spirits, wild herbs, and citrus fruits, as well as by using homemade drinks, which have become increasingly sophisticated in recent years. The most popular signature drinks remain on the menu and can therefore always be ordered in the bestsellers section. Rum and whisky, presented here in selections of 300 and 200 labels, take center stage in a lavish nine-meter-long iron and glass bottle rack.
