In the historic center of the city of Romeo and Juliet, Raffaele Bellomi and Tommaso Gecchele have opened an international and extremely convivial street bar. The small interior space, dominated by vintage style and wood, and the lack of seating encourage interaction between customers, as well as creating a dynamic atmosphere. The drinks created by bar manager Paolo Anfosso and head bartender Mattia Rugiadi are inspired by historic and contemporary classics, such as the Negroni and the Enzoni, respectively, from which they differ by using homemade ingredients. The result, however, is linear, and the drink's flavor hits the palate immediately and effectively. The menu also includes signature drinks, made with seasonal and international ingredients, including rare ones like pandan, and a wealth of creativity.
