For nearly ten years, The Soda Jerk has been a cornerstone of Verona's nightlife. Claudio Perinelli and Thomas Bianco's venue welcomes guests into a cozy space with a timeless design, featuring wood, marble, and iron elements chosen to maintain an elegant aesthetic. The drinks list, led by Andrea Giavoni, changes every six months with ten signature drinks and a dozen or so specials, alongside expertly executed classics. The signature drink is El Gianissero, a spicy drink made with ginger beer, vodka, elderflowers, red vermouth, bitters, vinegar drops, and crème de cassis. The kitchen is also always open, offering a selection of tasty and informal dishes.
