Space for People

In 2017, a "social hub" opened on the outskirts of Turin: a hub of taste, culture, meeting, and sharing, offering a social experience far removed from the clichés. Along with the brewery, which is the heart of the establishment, there's also a cocktail bar, a restaurant, a café, a pub, an event space, and, in the summer, an outdoor terrace, the Garden. Leading the drinks menu are Samuel Donniacuo and Marco Provera, who on the first floor serves a signature mixology, including twists on classics, personal cocktails, and mocktails. The focus in the glass is on vegetables, fruit, spices, herbs, flowers, and the house beer, produced in 19 different labels. The research includes ingredients that are always interesting and never banal, blended with alcoholic bases from around the world. The menu also offers gin and tonics or selections of fine spirits. The classics and their reinterpretations are recommended alongside the international cuisine and tapas. While the ground-floor café serves simpler mixology, the sophisticated cocktail bar moves to the Garden from May to October.
