Emporium 1920

Francesco Trimigno's restaurant and cocktail bar, with its 1920s-inspired atmosphere, is located in the heart of Bologna. The move from its old location to this larger, two-story space has made it a new addition to the cocktail scene, with the addition of ingredients not often featured in the kitchen. The mixology philosophy focuses on classics revisited with flair, reflecting seasonality. Customers can also opt for a classic or a "do it yourself" cocktail. Starting in October 2023, Italian Sunday will be held every month, a regular event dedicated to the authentic ritual of aperitivo. Along with Spritz and other iconic Italian products, there's also room for live radio and Italian music.
