[:en]For those who have the idea of spending a few days in Paris, this is a good time: from today to February 1st the Paris Cocktail Week will take place. Designed by the expert duo Eric Fossard and Thierry Daniel, organizers of the international Cocktails Spirits fair, the event has now reached its sixth edition and involves the involvement of 50 of the most beautiful and famous venues in the various Parisian arrondissements.
Each venue will create two drinks dedicated to the event, one alcoholic and one non-alcoholic, which can be purchased at a price 30% lower than the usual prices by showing up between 6pm and 10pm.
In addition to the involvement of locals, numerous events and meetings are planned, as well as masterclasses and cocktail courses.
Illustrious guests from the world of mixology will be present such as Agostino Perrone, cocktail manager of the Connaught bar in London, and the Berliner Joerg Meyer.
Nicolas Julhès, owner of La Distillerie de Paris, created for the occasion the first alcohol-free French distillate, which will be available exclusively in all the venues that have joined the event and which will have to test the creativity of their bartenders in create ad hoc cocktails with this non-alcoholic product, available in two versions with different aromas.
In short, it promises to be a special week to visit Paris and discover its most beautiful places while savoring particular creations in a festive context.
