In the Fashion District, in the garden of the Four Seasons Hotel Milano, until the end of the month it will be possible to enjoy the unprecedented atmosphere of ETRO Garden, a temporary cocktail bar with exclusive drink list curated by the hotel's Bar Manager Luca Angeli. After presenting the men's collections and the Women's Spring Summer 2021 fashion show last July, ETRO has once again chosen the hotel to present an innovative project, which has cocktails inspired by the philosophy of its brand, in search of exotic colors and scents, one of the reasons of greatest interest. “We have a drink list created specifically for the aperitif, which we serve every day from 5pm to 10pm, and which is also receiving great appreciation from a younger clientele compared to our standards" said bar manager Luca Angeli. On the menu, among some classics of the lounge bar of the Il Foyer hotel such as the Vintage Negroni, with Gin, Martini Riserva Speciale Bitter, Martini Riserva Speciale Rubino, Essentiae Lunae Pruni and mix of spices, the many novelties designed for the occasion stand out. “We took into account the history of the house to propose cocktails in line with the characteristics of the brand, with the use of Italian and seasonal products. The two that have found the most success in recent weeks have been the Rosemary, with rosemary vodka, Italicus, prosecco, pink grapefruit soda and the Passion Spritz with Martini Fiero, passion fruit, prosecco, elderberry soda.” In combination cocktails can be ordered the gastronomic proposals simple and refined by the Executive Chef of the La Veranda restaurant Fabrizio Borraccino. An example? Ascolana olives, mondeghili and fried sage, Varzi DOP salami with carasau bread and spring roll of vegetables and sweet and sour sauce. From Tuesday to Friday, from 6.00 pm, there will also be a DJ set in the fifteenth-century cloister that houses the bar.
